The Grove Counselling Practice is based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells and is made up of three trained counsellors.
Experienced in general counselling, including anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationships, self-esteem, abuse, stress and work related issues.
She has worked with young children in a school-based setting and also with families. She also has experience in bereavement, having worked at the Hospice in the Weald for two years prior to setting up Grove Counselling.
She offers face-to-face short term and long term counselling and believes that each person is the expert on themselves. Elizabeth is passionate about her work and believes that the counselling process enables people to make sense of their past and equips them with the skills and knowledge to move forward in their lives. It can be like putting pieces of a jigsaw puzzle together and seeing the full picture.
Has experience in general counselling including anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement/loss, stress, work related issues, health problems and issues related to relationships.
She has previously worked as a Counsellor with adults and teenagers for Macmillan Cancer Care and the NHS, counselling both patients and their families.
Natalie works on a one to one basis or with couples, offering face to face short term and long term counselling. She believes that once we truly understand how we think and feel we can gain greater clarity, strength of purpose and become more self-aware. Counselling can allow us to view ourselves in a more positive and constructive way.
Has experience in general counselling, including working with depression, anxiety, loss, health related problems and issues related to relationships, self-esteem and confidence.
She has worked as a Counsellor in the NHS and has wide ranging experience working with people seeking support for alcohol and drug related issues for a charitable organisation based in East Sussex.
Annika works on a one to one basis, offering short and long term Counselling. Her philosophy is that every human being has the tendency to grow in a positive direction given the right circumstances. Annika is dedicated to working ethically and providing a safe space to explore making choices and changes.
